We had a good, helpful and professional conversation with the owner on what our needs were for heating in our home after our furnace needed replaced. We decided on a 3-sided electric fireplace and we made a custom cabinet which made a beautiful addition to our home.
Good customer service is so hard to find nowadays, but Haltiner heating Is the best! Four years ago, they installed a propain stove heater for me. The customer service was so excellent that when I was ready to install a ductless heater I called them. I didn't even get any other bids. I'm sure I could have saved a few bucks, but I'd rather pay a little more and know they will be here for me if there is any follow up needed. I definitely would recommend this company.
Upon having a new free standing wood stove installed by another company, I had several bugs that needed to fixed. Erin, Heidi, and Rick were awesome. They were thorough, kind and concise. Their technicians the Matt's were also thorough, kind, and explained everything they did in terms one can understand. They took their time in explaining everything and did an awesome job. I couldn't be happier with this local family business.
