I am the owner of Tillamook RV Repair and Field of Dreams Storage Units LLC here in Tillamook. Our shop and showroom area is a huge amount of space to heat or cool. When our heater went down, Ethan and Carlie were fantastic about answering our calls and questions and coming out to get the job done correctly and quickly. Highly recommend!

Holiday week and our heat goes out, called and talked to Carlie…she was amazing and gave me a more than reasonable time frame of 1-2 hours for Ethan to come look at the heater. THE SAME DAY!! It wasn’t even 5 minutes and he was in my drive way! Absolutely EPIC service, Ethan is knowledgeable and helpful, he explained what was happening and why, fixed our issue after some investigation and problem solving. Highly recommend!!

We needed a tune up on our gas fireplace as well as new logs. The usual cast of companies weren't willing to take on the job (too small a job?) but happily one suggested Gitchell. So happy they did, in under a month (this is during COVID with supply chain challenges) they had refreshed my fireplace!Services: Heating system repair
