“I'm on my 5th tattoo from Joanne and I cannot say enough. Her line work, coloring and shading are exceptional. I have been extremely happy with every single design from start to finish. She is so wonderful to work with and the environment is very laid back and easy to sit through the needle work. My last piece is a side calf piece, full of color that she was able to complete in a six hour session. We were both tired but so happy with the outcome.

“I've been tattooed here twice by Virginia and would absolutely recommend her. The first time was after going through some testing for leukemia and I'm negative. I wanted to celebrate and so I came to Scapegoat. The person at the counter helped me pick out a beautiful flash and Virginia was willing to do it that day. Both of them were so nice it was a very good feeling. The second time I decided to just ask Virginia if she would design my leg. Whatever she wanted to do I put my trust in her. “I just had my second custom tattoo done by Court yesterday and I am so in love.
Last year, Court did a custom Mt. Hood tattoo on me as well as touched it up, and it healed so perfectly I’m obsessed with it.
I strayed and went to three different Portland shops for three different tattoos before returning to Court for another custom and safe to say I will not be going to anyone else again.

But he retired and was referred to Matthew. He he has a light hand and before you know it your done. He's great at understanding what you want in a design.
