Lance worked steadily, using information on the internet to learn about my specific model (which was different than ones he’d worked on before). He was able to take apart an enclosed portion of the unit, identify the reason for the leak, and stop its progress. Job well done and much appreciated!“

“Very easy to work with and did a good job of cleaning the mess up under the house from water entering under the house and sump pump failure. They had to remove all the old heating duct work, insulation, vapor barrier, and repaired one sump pump. The replaced all the insulation, vapor barrier, and fixed the drainage so it drained to the sump pumps. I would highly recommended them“

My well was leaking and we needed adsistance in determing the source of the leak.
Megan thoroughly answered my questions. She guided us to describe what we could see in the very soggy dog house type shelter that covered the well.
She got us on Chris's schedule as soon as possible. Once Chris arrived, he quickly discovered the source of the leak.
We were extremely grateful that they referred us to a plumber that would get the repair done within a few days.

“15 Sep 23 - called this plumbing company because our toilet in our bedroom was making a lot of noise every time you flush it. They said they would send a plumber around noon to fix it. Sure enough the plumber called to tell us that he was on his way to our house and arrived on time. It did not take him long to replace the valve inside the toilet. Highly recommend this plumbing company because they are efficient and their prices are reasonable.“
