We had a water main leak somewhere under the front yard and needed to figure out where ASAP. I called the Medford office and they were able to get a technician out to us right away despite our home being over 100 miles away from the office. The technician Jarrod was absolutely wonderful. He was very prompt, friendly, and professional. He answered my multitude of questions with grace and humor and helped me feel at ease despite such a frustrating and stressful situation. I really appreciated how efficiently he worked and how fast he found the leak! We were able to get it fixed from start to finish in the same day, and Jarrod's service was exceptional. Had a leak in our in-ground swimming pool for a year or so. About 1/2 inch/24 hours. Normal evaporation is 1/4 inch or less. Could not find it. Chris Long from ALD came here....did some testing and found and fixed the leak in one hour. It was in the pool light niche. I had done my dye test with the light in place...and it showed nothing. His dye test, with the light removed...showed the leak. He also found a small leak in the back of the skimmer and fixed it at no charge. Chris is professional and friendly. Kathy in the office is great....friendly, helpful and kept me informed about scheduling. 541-772-5325.
