“Going to do my best to make this an easy decision for you. Either a pest company does their job or they don't. If they don't do their job, then I consider that failing. Priest solutions goes above and beyond every month and they have for years. We have been using their service for approximately seven years, since the first time we had an ant infestation in our home. The thing about this company is the second we have a problem, we call them and it seems that they someone technician out typically the same day to address our issues. I don't think you can get much better than that. I'm leaving this review because I've often found that the only time people leave a review is with a bad experience and I feel it's very important that I start leaving good reviews for the companies that are doing more than just their job and Prime Pest Solution is one of those. Montana has been, the main technician that comes to our home and he has for years. He has literally washed our kids grow up So if you have any reserve on who to hire, this is the right company.“

“General Tree did tree work (trimming, thinning, getting rid of dead branches) at our home on July 18th. They did an outstanding job on the work and the clean-up was superior. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone that needs tree service.“

“Have a rodent problem. Contacted Family Home Pest Control and Jay explained what service to expect and cost, able to send a tech out next day. Jeremy was very pleasant, called to let me know he was on his way, patiently answered all my questions, worked quickly and efficiently to get traps and bait boxes in place. “We live in the basement lock-off of a house in the mountains where we can see lots of pests. While doing our spring cleaning this year we contacted Quality Pet Solutions for a general pest consultation and spray. Bear was our technician. He is a local and I can't say enough about his professionalism. He was flexible when making our appointment. On our scheduled day he texted ahead of time to confirm our appointment. He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We walked the property and he showed me things I should be aware of when it comes to pests. He applied a general spider pesticide (organic) to both the inside and outside of our perimeter. Thankfully he didn't see any major signs of intrusion or damage. He said these types of checks are good to do at least 2 times a year to keep your home free of pests. We will be calling Bear next time we need any pests removed.Service: General pest inspection“

“Starting with common negative aspect, it is a pain to cancel services if necessary. They will push options as many companies do, offer deals and try to keep you as a customer with as many tries as possible you just have to keep saying over and over again, no, I just want to cancel. Then get put on hold for almost an hour as the customer service tech cannot perform final cancelation you need to speak with the manager level tech. Mike there was friendly and understanding and went through more options to retain services and everyone over and over again kept thanking me for my company loyalty and business as I had been with them for about 6 years. That said, the service provided under them as Edge was great, and under Saela I didn't see much change except the push for mosquito service which I then was roped into another 2 year contract which would have came with a pro-rated cancelation charge for early termination. Waiting till the end of the contract there was no talk of termination fee. If we are hit with any hidden fees I will update my review, but over all if you are looking for a pest control service they are probably as good as any others. I really liked our service tech and am sad to have to terminate service but we cannot afford extra things for the foreseeable future. Summary, Positive: great service, Early termination of contract fee is pro-rated so the closer to the end of your contract the lower the fee will be. Negative: Time consuming requiring a lengthy phone call to cancel services. Requires signing a lengthy contract comes with hefty termination fees for early cancelation of contracted services.“
