“Very personable and easy to talk to! Addressed my needs properly and gave me lots of advice, both on racing and my other individual goals. Unless your bike fit is currently terrible, don’t expect a huge amount of adjustment. However, the adjustments he did definitely improved my posture and comfort. I absolutely recommend Jason!“

PT 360° Sports Medicine & Spine Therapy Physical Therapy

“I don't know where I'd be without PT 360. In early March I was scheduled for a July 31, 2024 total knee replacement. I went in for an evaluation for "prehab" to prepare me for surgery, recovery etc., Caitlin, my therapist, completed the evaluation and I began a 10 week, 2X a week, physical therapy program. Each week Caitlin added a variety of home exercises and in studio routines that allowed me to strengthen my right knee, increase flexion and regain extension of the right knee joint. My pain prior to treatment varied from 4-7 depending on activity, requiring NSAIDs, ice and rest for relief. During treatment I added twice-three times a week workouts on the recumbent bike at the gym and weights for flexion and extension. I completed the program Caitlin designed and can honestly say I am 100% better. I am walking upright for the first time in many months. I canceled my surgery last week. I know that surgery is still distinct possibility down the line but, as long as I keep up my home exercises and gym work I can hopefully delay it for months, years or longer. So, in closing, let me say, I give PT 360 my highest rating and would recommend them to anyone seeking professional and attentive PT.“

“I have used numerous tables over the years, from personal purchases, to colleagues, and past work locations, and these are in my definitely my favorite for price and value.

There are no better portables I have found that look and feel like a true stationary table like these, and being able to replace the cushions with drops when needed instead of being stuck with a horribly uncomfortable cushion for side posture is a huge plus.

For stationary tables, as a primarily diversified doctor these tables are perfect. Height elevation, good width for all cushions, being able to replace torn cushions easily instead of reupholstering, all huge pluses. I rarely use drop technique, maybe one visit per day, and just swapping in that cushion for that particular patient is more than sufficient.

For reference, other tables I have used are Thomas, Elite, Thuli, Leander, Astralight, Chirolux, Pivotal Health, and Lifetimer still stands on top for me.“

“My dearest community,
If you have ever struggled with being validated by standard medicine, your community, or yourself, please do your mind, body, and soul the honor of scheduling an appointment with Nicki McDaniel. Please do your mind, body, and soul the honor of relinquishing any preconceived or learned notions that having a physical therapist should solely be a curative option, and not also a preventative one. While in session with Nicki, she begins her practice by facilitating a mind-connection through thoughtful and intellectual dialogue, and follows this by channeling a body-connection through energy and Reiki healing. This, in summation, is what Nicki does in her practice; yet the true healing process that results from her sessions is a masterpiece beyond the grasp of my personal lexicon.

In my attempts to encapsulate the profound influence that Nicki McDaniel has had on my life, I sought out the aid of my “aspirational library.”

In the Awakening, Kate Chopin boldly wrote of a woman who had “perceived that her will had blazed up, stubborn and resistant. She could not... have done other than denied and resisted... She could not realize why or how she should have yielded.”

At the age of nineteen, I was fortunate enough to learn of the power within the things we feel resistant toward. Through a series of seminars, I learned that in the moments where we feel resistance, there is a signal that relays a message—resistance precedes an opportunity to grow. Opening and responding to this message is always a choice, one that is often made when certain aspects of the nervous system are aligned. While functioning in the sympathetic nervous system, it is natural to respond to a message through a modality of fight-or-flight. While functioning in the parasympathetic nervous system, it is natural to respond to a message through a modality of being quiet, of being still, of being within one’s self, opposed to being outside of one’s self and looking within. This state of being exists when one is able to adjust and remove interference from the nervous system through healing methods, i.e., physical therapy and reiki. This knowledge aided in rekindling my fiery and stubborn demeanor, while also helping to nurture my longing for solutions to the chronic conditions I was experiencing at such a young age.

Eckhart Tolle, in the Power of Now, aptly states how “it seems that most people need to experience a great deal of suffering before they will relinquish resistance.”

I can attest to two things: I have experienced a great deal of suffering, and it was when I relinquished my resistance toward naturopathic healing, I was finally able to find Nicki, allowing myself to begin my true healing journey.

“Stressful thoughts reflect a conflict with reality. Stress happens when the mind resists what is.” Within the Way of the Peaceful Warrior, Dan Millman provides a reminder that our mind and our body are constantly sending us signals—of joy, of fear, of hope—and we are only able to truly adapt to reality when we have an awareness of these signals.

The disciplined mental and physical practices that Nicki taught me helped guide me in connecting my mind with my body so that I may listen and respond to sensations I experience. The initial moments of our first ninety-minute session together cultivated a feeling of resistance more powerful than I had felt before. Fortunately, for me, this sensation was welcomed and encouraged by my prior teachings. Following our first session, I left with a list of books to add to my library, and a desire to immediately take off on my adventure. I crossed back over the threshold into the world feeling more lovable, capable, magnificent, and whole than I had ever felt before. I now existed in the world knowing that the universe had gifted me the perfect partner to walk next to on my journey. I now existed in the world having the faith that I could live my life as a powerful and re“

“Dr. Chad--- I just wanted to thank you and the staff(hi Dixie!) for all of the amazing work you've done with me these last couple months. It really made my life better and I can say with confidence now that my shoulder and neck pain is gone and my lower back pain is truly improving. I'm no longer afraid to feel the discomfort when I lean over and it's just super unbelievable I'm at where I am now. Thank you for teaching me how to not be afraid of pain. And also thanks for showing me exercises I can take with me wherever I go moving forward. I also appreciated your educational explanations for where exactly in my body I was experiencing pain and possibly why, which really helped me target those muscles and to be more mindful of posture. As cliche as it may sound, thanks for changing my life! Hopefully I won't have to be back for a while but if I ever do I will know who to contact again. Thanks so much for all that you and your staff do to make the world a little better.“

“I love taking classes at Paxson Yoga Center. A friend told me about it years ago when it was Gudmestad Yoga, but it's taken me all this time to start taking classes here. I am on my second term and I know I'll continue for years here. All the teachers are terrific, and I am particularly taken with Hope Fyfield. Hope has a light, humorous and gentle approach, yet her yoga goes very deep. I have seen a lot of change in my practice since I've been taking her classes; she takes me right to the fundamentals and I have gained strength and understanding from her teaching.“

“If you need PT, this is the place to go. I received excellent care from John Zdor and 2 assistants who helped with exercises. John is a great listener, troubleshoots the problem and then establishes a plan to enable healing. He explains everything well during the sessions and if you forget to ask questions, he promptly answers them by email. All of the staff is accommodating and pleasant and makes the experience enjoyable. The space is clean, well equipped and has lots of natural light. For any future problems, this will be the place I choose to go to for help. There is little to no wait time for appointments, as the time slots are well managed, and there are timely phone reminders for appointments. Outstanding!“

“I saw Diane at TA and had a great experience. Needed PT for arthritis in one knee and both hands. Within a few weeks, I was able to make a closed fist for the first time in years. My knee improvement is continuing. It has been a year now, and my knee is even better than when I was discharged. The PT exercises that Diane sent me off with are simple, not too much time involved, and work like a charm. Where I used to limp after hiking a couple miles on uneven terrain, I can now go for 5 or more miles with no aftereffects. It's been such a relief and brought me so much happiness as I get out in nature.“
