Complete professionalism throughout the office but pain relief and they show you how to use tools and methods at home. I've been going to Dorothy for over ten years. She has become the first person I go to for pain relief and complex back help. A long with hip, post surgery information. The help does not end or begin with only PT. You will find so much more there.

This place is amazing for many reasons, but I really want to shout out my physical therapist, Amy Werner! She's everything a physical therapist should be: knowledgeable, experienced, curious, ready to pivot when necessary, compassionate, emotionally intelligent, encouraging (but also realistic), sensitive to and celebratory of the fact that no two bodies are the same, open-minded but still confident in her ideas, and just a fun person to be around!Amy stuck with me through some pretty gnarly post-op frozen shoulder, which, very much thanks to her, is now finally resolved. Dr. Mariah Frank is a million times better than a prior pelvic floor physical therapist who I had made zero progress with. I came to Sound Body--and Mariah--as a “high complexity” case. I was discouraged, defeated, shamed, and hostile toward the entire PT process, and told Mariah this right up front. Mariah immediately validated and encouraged me without question or judgement. They accepted where I was at and we moved on from there. They showed me how important the exercises, and biofeedback, were to my healing and overall wellbeing.
