It was difficult to find a good location, fair pricing and someone trustworthy to take care of our pup when we were out of town. Finally we came across Holly’s website and were immediately intrigued. We reached out and Holly was so responsive and caring. We got a meet and greet scheduled right away and it went amazing. Holly and her family are so welcoming and easy to communicate with. It has been such a relief to have found Holly and now we always know we have a reliable plan for where our dog will stay when we need help with her. Our favorite part is the daily photo updates we get from Holly when she is watching our dog ♥️ thank you, Holly!“

My dog Otis attends their day program and has truly blossomed, from an excitable 1 year old adolescent to a well rounded, friendly, obedient member of their pack. Betsy has offered such valuable recommendations on how I could continue the training approach at home to keep advancing his knowledge. I found Betsy as I looked for a day program that wasn’t a larger scale “daycare” space. Betsy did a careful screening to make sure Otis would fit well with the other dogs and slowly folded Otis into the mix. Now that Otis is a “regular,” it gives me peace of mind that any newcomers to the program will be similarly vetted and introduced. A year into attending the day program, Otis is thriving and I am so grateful for the Bowser’s team (Finn, the elder pup, included!)“

“Super glad I chose this service, Michelle makes it easy to communicate with her through text or through phone calls. Her home is warm and inviting and you can instantly see her passion and love for parrots! She surprised us with preparing chop to my parrotlet!! Ripley came back to us as we left her. I think she loved the socialization of being around other birds and apparently she even warmed up to Michelle after a few days. If you can win over a parrotlet, you’re a true “bird whisperer” ? “If I trust them with my dog, you know this place is excellent! I have had my dog stay here multiple times over the past few years when we have gone on vacation. My dog wags her tail when she arrives, which is always a good sign! They are responsive to emails when I want to check in. The facility is always clean, and staff very friendly. I have no concerns about leaving my sweet girl in their care!“

“Took my cat in for his first bath and although he was a bit nervous, Teresa was able to get it done as well as gave me tips on how to brush his teeth at home. Being a first time cat mom and little knowledge, I left Suppur Cats with lots of information and tips for a better home care for my cat.I will definitely be returning!“

“I can honestly say that from my time having shadow care for my fur babies. I've never had a negative experience. She's incredibly detailed oriented and punctual. Her communication is fantastic. Any time I want to check in, she's more than happy to update me on how my babies are doing. She even makes helpful recommendations on things I've never noticed! I've been to her educational shows and I think it's a fun and positive experience. I have heard good feedback from other people who attended her shows. “Alexis is amazing! We needed someone to check on our high-maintenance cat for a week. We found Sits and Walks on Google. Before we left home, Alexis came over for an orientation. Our cat hides from strangers so Alexis didn't get to meet her. I explained that our cat is a little bit wild, a picky eater, gets hairballs, and is weary of strangers. We were worried that our cat would just hide and barely eat. But after the first visit, our cat warmed up to Alexis. We received many photos of our fur baby playing with Alexis and getting her cheeks scratched, as well as daily visit reports. Our cat ate well and enjoyed her new visitor while we were away. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Sits and Walks again. Dependable, trustworthy, super nice and great communicator. Thank you Alexis!“

“We dropped off our 2 pups that were 6 months old. It was a hard decision however we wanted to socialize them early on and we had a vacation planned.
