I highly, highly recommend PDX Inspect. This is the third time I've used them and have had a consistently fantastic experience all times. This time, Peter was able to come out to our condo building quickly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and collaborative. He was readily available for questions, and even made a second trip out to review the inspection with the original contractor of our building. His report was thorough and clear, and gave our HOA Board exactly what it needed to take care of the property. I will absolutely be using this company again for any additional condo needs or property purchases.

Peter and Michael were so thorough and professional. They did an excellent job explaining all their findings to us and the report they provided was thorough with embedded videos showing their finding. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
