This was my first time with acupunture, trying fire cupping or really learning about Chinese Medicine. Lara is SO kind, so real and listens, while also teaches you about every part of the process within your appointment. Tara gave me an amazing massage and supported me while I took in the feeling of the cups on my back, too. I am so grateful to have found Aculand, and already made my next appointment. These women and company are true healers and sincerely so kind from the moment you walk in. I feel truly cared for, spiritually and physically.

Words can't describe how grateful I am for Lara and her staff's healing work, efforts, love and energy. Everyone at PDX Acupuncture is so kind and most importantly treatments lead to positive results. I was diagnosed with cancer a year ago and had a great deal of associated pain from tumors and chemo - I can't imagine this last year's journey without the acupuncture, cupping and bodywork here. Both downtown and NE PDX locations are convenient and lovely, relaxing spaces and their online booking system makes scheduling easy as well.
