I had to euthanize my sweet old lady cat here a month ago due to her kidney disease progressing. My main vet was closed, so I panicked and called this vet. They got me an appointment within 40mins after the call. I wish I remembered the vets name, but she listened to me and explained the options super clearly. I was very conflicted about making the choice to do it, but I knew it was time and she validated that. Byfar the most human, and kind conversation I've had with a vet. I am forever thankful for the staff here. Will be taking my new kitten here next week and from now on. Yall are amazing.

My kitties and I have been clients of PVH for the past 2 years, and we’re very grateful for their consistent quality care. We have seen Drs. Frost, Klau, and Laura and they have all been excellent.Recently, Dr. Klau accurately diagnosed my older kitty with tooth resorption and advised that he’d need surgery to remove the affected teeth. Dr. Laura did an amazing job operating on him, but later in the week he was more lethargic and I was very worried he had a secondary infection. When I called, they were able to get me in for a same day follow up appointment, and Dr Laura did a careful exam and labs. My dog was in a lot of pain and they were able to get me in for a same day appointment when other offices I called were booking 8 weeks put. The staff was all very kind, and did a great job explaining everything they were doing to help my pup out!
