Its been over a year since Dr. Kramer performed my dogs (Ponyo) soft palette surgery she is a pug and I have seen the benefits for her long term able to have more energy I really liked my experience there both the doctor and staff were gentle and kind to my dog and performed the surgery and aftercare well. If I needed a specialist again I would definitely want to go there thank you so much πŸ’•

This place is amazing 😍 they have been nothing but the sweetest and most hospitable to my Nacho through this whole awful process of him having lymphoma. Nothing but understanding and sweet and helpful. He loves them so much, he is so excited to go every week to chemo. I never would have thought my dog would be so excited to get a chemo treatment. His original diagnosis if he didn't get chemo was 3 weeks and that was in June... He has TCell, it's January and I appreciate y'all so much for giving me so much extra bonus time with my baby. These people make miracles happen everyday πŸ€— I am so grateful for them πŸ™

I can’t recommend OREV enough. From my first call with them, they showed care and kindness. Our old boy Ruger has a mass that we needed to get checked out, and I was calling a few places to figure out where to go. The woman who I spoke to (I believe her name was Shannon) was so kind and gentle with me, and she gave me a list of questions I should ask each place I called.
We ended up seeing Dr. Jha, and he along with all the medical assistants were so kind and helpful. Our sweet boy is a nervous German shepherd, and they were very patient with him and knew how to approach him - people with nervous/reactive dogs know how comforting that is!
We didn’t get the best...read full review
