“Superlative service and communication. Quality repair with factory parts. Pete went the extra mile by staying open late just for me on the Thursday before Christmas. Eight days before Christmas I dropped my phone and broke the screen on my S23+; had audio but the screen was black. The authorized repair shops, including Best Buy, told me they weren't able to get replacement screens. Pete ordered the new screen with just a call. He repaired it in 45 minutes the day it arrived in his shop.“

“This kiosk is located inside the Lloyd Center Mall, it's a nice little kiosk that is manned, you can buy new/pre-owned phones, and they also buy newer iPhones and high end Android phones in good working unbroken new looking ones. I sold mine and got some extra cash for the holiday. This is a small business kiosk, so it was nice to get good service and a fast payout that equaled or bettered the automated kiosks you find in the supermarkets in and around town. The payout was higher than the online quotes, and big fixit type stores who advertise buying phones along with there other services. So if you want to help the little guy like I do, not always but alwAys try to incorporate them in my financial decisions, give this one a shot. First time customer but I liked the easy going informative no nonsense customer service they provide“

“Excellent service. I walked in with an iPhone 8 that wouldn't charge and asked if they could fix it. The service tech plugged it in and said they could fix it for $75. I agreed and he had the battery replaced and the phone booting up in less than 10 minutes from the time I walked in the door. If you need an iPhone worked on this is the spot.“
