Had to take my MacBook in today. Roman replaced battery and alerted me to some other potential issue but was very open with me about why it was needed, how long I could go before it might become major, and sent pictures to help me understand it as a layman. Sincerely appreciate this guy. He’s straight up and even gave me a discount.I checked around for prices elsewhere and he’s not only less expensive but very thorough. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place for affordable and trustworthy repairs. Excellent customer service and great communication from start to finish of my experience with these guys. I ended up speaking with 3 different employees and they were all friendly and informative. They replaced my rear camera on my IPhone 13 Pro and it’s working like new now.

Unfortunately, the glass on my laptop cracked, I swung into the big box store at Cascade Station (BB) to get the repair priced out. Not only were they rude, arrogant and telling untruths from the get go, they seemed to just grab a price out of thin air and quotes me that number. I walked over to Ifix never having been here before, and found the employees to be professional honest and easy to work with.The glass was ordered and although it took a bit longer to arrive, the work was done correctly.Unfortunately, the mouse USB was left at iFix and realized it hours later.
