“I've had Kaiser in two different states for over 41 years. I'm 53. My PCP has been at this location for a long time and I have been working with her for over 10 years! I have a ton of health issues and I literally couldn't be happier with this place. I've had surgeries, regular blood work, and countless chronic issues. Plus, my husband also became a Kaiser member a few years ago. He has also received excellent care, especially when he was diagnosed with cardiac problems and was sent to the Kaiser hospital for 10 days. He received excellent care and follow up. The best psychiatrist I ever had was Dr Rafael Gray (he's procedural now, at Clackamas) and Dr Heather Motonaga (she has been my doctor for 11-12 years! And I feel like she genuinely cares about me as a person and has helped me with countless issues! She always listens/remembers and seems genuinely concerned). I'm very happy to have this insurance. I also use the dental and vision coverage and have found both to be excellent.“

“Dr. Dana Waichunas and Dr. Bob Graybill are excellent doctors, and Kenny is my favorite phlebotomist ever. These are providers who believe patients are telling the truth, let patients direct their care, make honest efforts to find whole solutions, don't give up on people, and have good bedside manners. Both doctors have worked with me on getting unusual diagnoses for ailments I've been experiencing.

Bookings may be 1 month+ out, especially if the doctor is in demand.

Bookings need to be carefully specified when requested online. It's confusing.

Bookings don't show end time in my calendar.“

“Dr. Berkshire was great: caring, thorough, good-humored. However, the office was consistently disorganized. Appointments were confused and inaccurate. No one ever confirmed or could tell me what I would owe at each appointment. Months after my treatment ended I got three invoices for over $300 which was a surprise (and I thought we weren't' supposed to be surprised by medical bills anymore?).“
