Absolute best dental experience I have ever had! The dental assistant Carol was warm, welcoming, personable, and instantly put me at ease. She listened to my concerns and prepared the dental area. Enter Dr. Heward who engaged me in shared decision making in developing an anesthesia plan that honored my preferences and past experiences coupled with her clinical expertise. It worked wonderfully and I had had no pain during the 2 hour procedure. I was amazed at how well Dr. Heward and Carol worked together, with Carol anticipating what was needed next and transcribing notes as Dr. Heward worked meticulously on my tooth. Dr. Teeter's office. Dr. Teeter is amazing and so is his staff (I forgot my dentist assistances name) , I fell pretty far behind on my braces and they didn't make me feel horrible about it and ease my anxiety! I'm so glad he is my Orthodontist.Lastly, Maya at the front desk was amazing. She Helped me with making dental appointments for my daughter's and I. It was literally on the same day and minutes apart so we can knock 3 birds out with one stone.I def appreciate this office because, I was terrified from coming in because it has been a good amount of time. I went into the kiezer dental office on Valentine's Day with my girlfriend and Maya helped me out trying to navigate the best insurance to choose with my employer. Super helpful and was very detailed with correct information on a timely manner, Recommended going to this location and the environment here was subperb and felt welcomed coming in.
