The people were nice. You get what you pay for. We hadn't had a family photo since COVID so I got a Groupon for a few digital shots. Some of the suggested poses were odd and many of the pictures were off center or not proportional. Probably will pay more for quality next time.
Ariel, who’s the manager of this site, is a fantastic professional. I’ve sat for headshots many times before due to my work experience so I have a good sense for those these sessions normally play out. She’s efficient and effective, personable and professional, taking all the pictures quickly, all of which turned out terrific.
We had a wonderful experience with this JC Penneys Portraits location! Our photographer, Truc, was extremely helpful and was great at helping us have dynamic and creative poses. We would 110% recommend him to anyone who is looking for fun group photos.
