When they pick up they are great. We have had an ongoing issue now for a few months where they frooze our account and when we call they say we owe them money. We try to pay it and they say "ohh actually you don't everything is paid." So we try to place an order and we can't and we run around in circles. I have been trying to resolve this issue for months, and they don't call back when they say they won't, won't let us pay, won't give us money back, and won't offer us service. There support team is unhelpful. I can't recommend this service anymore.

I have been emailing and calling for weeks to get our old bin collected and account closed. The customer care representative, Zakiesha Nelson, has not been returning my emails or phone calls. I would like to have the bin removed from our work location as soon as possible.Update: After leaving my review, I received an email confirmation and notice for date of collection. they did come on the day they said they would and collected our bin. I appreciate that and have changed my review rating because of the prompt follow up. thank you!

It's impossible to receive a live person to speak with. Instead of allowing customers to drop off boxes to be shred you will be directed to work with one of its partners. This business model should be a straight forward proposition. Drop off materials to be shred - and pay a reasonable price. Many of its partners have limited space for the volume they may accept. This company has managed to complicate the simplest of business models.
