I started my weight loss journey about 6 months ago. I had a baby two years ago and it was really hard for me to lose the weight after. I tried a lot of different things even with exercise I still needed the extra help. David at health plus has been an absolute godsend. He’s helped me get on a great diet and encouraged pairing it with exercise that has proven to be successful. I have a lot of work to continue doing but I am so excited with the results that the team has helped me achieve. I can’t wait to continue on this journey with them. I'm really grateful for what I've found in Health Plus. The best part of the membership has been the support and guidance as often as I need. I'm pretty sure that you have to check in at least monthly, but if you wanted to book an appointment and come in weekly-you could and they'd be happy to see you. Accountability is valuable and if you can hold yourself to more check ins, you'll meet your goals faster. They have so many resources, recipes, and cheers of encouragement--they make it hard not to succeed.I can't thank the Health Plus team enough for how they've changed my life this year. Weight loss can be very difficult but everyone at Health Plus is friendly and encouraging and has helped me achieve great success on my weight loss journey. Very grateful for their guidance, advice, and compassion. I could not recommend them more if you have decided that medical weight loss is the right path for you.
