Their staff is so warm and welcoming and unbelievably patient, answering every question I had and so willing to help and offer help/advice as needed, especially as I tried on plenty of different frames. “I've been to quite a few eye doctors and Dr. Nguyen by far is the best one. He's really caring and takes the time to go through all the process and explaining things clearly. Highly, highly recommend him. The receptionist is another story. I find him quite rude and loves to correct people on how theybshould repsondds and what they should say. But im not there to see him so i just ignore him. He's the main reason I would go somewhere else to get my glasses so i don't have to deal with him.“
