After several failed attempts to get proper service from EyeStyles + Care - Bridgeport, I am compelled to express my immense dissatisfaction. It's been over a month since I placed an order for a basic pair of glasses, without any special prescription or frames. But… I'm still without my glasses and with no satisfactory explanation for the delay other then it’s in the works.Calling in to NATHAN has turned into a nightmare. After several failed attempts to get proper service from EyeStyles + Care - Bridgeport, I am compelled to express my immense dissatisfaction. It's been over a month since I placed an order for a basic pair of glasses, without any special prescription or frames. But... I'm still without my glasses and with no satisfactory explanation for the delay other then it's in the works. Calling in to NATHAN has turned into a nightmare. Every conversation particularly with Nathan, has been a test of patience. The lack of empathy and understanding is appalling, as I've been consistently told that "this is the process." A process that, as far as I'm aware, doesn't typically include waiting for a month for standard eyewear.Moreover, the company had no issues about promptly charging me, but apparently can't exhibit the same efficiency when it comes to fulfilling my order or resolving my issues.The ordeal with EyeStyles + Care - Bridgeport has been a regrettable experience. I would caution anyone considering using their service to think twice. The lack of communication, protracted delays, and poor customer service suggest a company that cares more about taking your money than providing a quality service.

Been waiting 8 months for a pair of glasses. Their lab can't get it right. Eyestyles staff used to be great but things have changed. Now they are unresponsive and unhelpful. They have my money, I don't have glasses I can wear for at most, 15 min, before they cause eye strain and headache.
