I was really pleased with the whole process. My last exam was almost 3 years ago at a different place that didn't do all of what this place did. They took all kinds of photos of my eyes, and then they took me in for the exam. The doctor that did my exam was very friendly, professional, and upbeat. She explained everything she was doing and why and then explained the findings very well too. I'll be going back here for my next eye exam for sure!

I am VERY satisfied with Eye Focus NW. It was easy to make an appointment, and I was able to see Dr. Itkin THE MORNING AFTER my call the previous afternoon to schedule. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. I did not wait long for the preliminaries of my extensive eye exam to begin.This office appears to have the latest examination and internal eye photography technology. I was examined on three different devices, one of which provided a detailed image of the cataract I've been monitoring. Doctor was good. Really listened to my concerns and prescribed a good lens for my sight. Issue came when I tried to order contacts. Website was awful to use to find contacts and went in store for some help. Was told I would hear back in 2 business days and it’s been 4 days now with no help.
