Troy and his partner were professional and thorough! My carpets look fantastic and he gave tips for keeping them fresh. Scheduling was clunky but the technicians did such a great job that I will definitely hire them again.
It took a little effort to connect with this company and get an appointment scheduled because they're quite busy with their Groupon special. But I'm glad I did. Troy was my service technician and a super fun guy to work with. He explained everything and laid out options based on what was best for my carpet and budget. He was very professional and his work was very good. I would use them again and recommend this company.
