Really impressed with this local , woman-owned business!- the monthly cleanings from Amanda have been a godsend. She is thorough, pleasant and consistent. Such a treat to have a monthly service!- I had an issue where I wasn’t super happy with the customer service, but the owner contacted me immediately with a perfect response and I really appreciated the human touch. Not only did she resolve the issue, but she was great to chat with and I learned more about her business and her passion for her customers.- the line of products they use are eco-friendly and made by the owner!Highly recommend.
Our first deep clean was yesterday and it was exceptional. Emily did a fantastic job! We just finished a double bathroom and kitchen remodel so our house was exceptionally dusty and was in need of the deep clean! All the requests I made through the inquiry were addressed and things were left spotless. She did the detail work and covered essentially every surface. We look forward to our continued service with Emily and Made to Shine Cleaning.
