“I’ve been using Domestica ever since Shannon opened the business, I can’t remember how long but more than 15 years. Obviously, I’m very happy with their services. I have two commercial buildings which they clean twice weekly and an apartment building for which they do the turnover cleanings. Over the years I’ll have a tenant with a concern about something not getting cleaned. I forward on and it is always addresses immediately. If I need a specific area cleaned, they’ll do that. Overall, the cleaning is done properly the first time but if there are issues they are always addressed promptly.“

We hired them for a one-time deep clean of our place as a sort of reset after a crazy summer and a somewhat longer span of hosting house guests, and I so appreciated having them come in to give us that reset. The place looks great, they followed all instructions and I love that they didn't use heavy duty chemical cleaning solutions, the place smelled fresh with a little tinge of white vinegar to it, no harsh bleach or hyper-fragranced cleaning products. “We have a weird, finicky rug that had started to fall apart at the seams. These guys were absolute wizards... Matt got in there himself and stitched the (very thick) seams by hand with a thimble. The price for all that hard work was incredibly reasonable, and he cut us a mat for underneath and had a few tricks for keeping it from pulling and causing more damage in the future. This is a group of experts who really love what they do, and it shows. Highest recommendation I can give.“
