Those folks are just amazing! Nicole is the sweetest person you could ever talk to on the phone, and Kris is such an expert at what he does. Scheduling was so easy, service was ahead of time (can you believe that?) and results were impeccable. I cannot recommend Mr. Steam Carpet Cleaning enough!

I recently had the pleasure of using Mr. Steam Carpet Cleaning, and I am thrilled with the results. From start to finish, Kris exceeded my expectations. I had two rooms and a hallway cleaned that were covered in pee spots. The carpet looks brand new. It is evident that Kris takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Mr. Steam Carpet Cleaning and undoubtedly will be using his services again!!
