As a new, admittedly wimpy, patient, I was treated with respect and made to feel comfortable. My first appointment was to extract a tooth which was causing pain and could not be saved. My second appointment for a complete evaluation and cleaning. The xray technology in this office is amazing. The cleaning practices are very thorough and they are concerned about the comfort of their patients. The office is easy to find, either by mass transit or by using the parking garage on the next block. They will give you a ticket for free parking. Today I went in for a cleaning and some fillings. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming! Samantha did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. Crofts did my fillings and the process was quick and painless! I’ll be back for sure :)

City Dental is my Outstanding Service Provider of the Year. 2023 was my Year at the Dentist. In addition to the two preventative visits (cleaning, x-rays, etc.), Dr. Shao and crew completed two extractions (in preparation for implants), fixed a chipped tooth (next day) replaced a broken crown (also next day) and installed two new crowns. The dental technology in place here is more advanced than most can imagine. All of the people are pleasant to work with and will answer any questions you may have. I'm fortunate to have some good dental insurance, so all of the above didn't affect my net worth too badly. :)
