I love the Pearl District location. Everyone is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and there's no pressure to buy. It feels more intimate than a giant department store, people seem to really care about you. I feel more like a client, less like a customer. Also, the products are great!

The customer service here is rather snobby. I was searching for a hair product and was largely ignored. Two employees were idly chatting with each other the entire time I searched. At one point I made eye contact with one of them, who sized me up and must have determined I was not worth his breaking away from his important conversation to actually offer help. They did honor my request for a sample or two once they rang me up and it was proven that I was part of their membership program. The last time I had such a negative shopping experience was in Aspen
