Hours indicate 1000 during the week. Made a special trip there to get a hair product. I arrived at 1020 and they were closed. Do businesses just pick their own hours now? Very disappointed.

first and second time I went to that place, I was very happy. Recently a lot less. Color is great, Its not about the colorist its how Madison Reed might treat their staff.. She was alone to take care of 3 persons at the same time, and when I went to use Madison produces at the drying station, all the bottles were praticly empty. So, the colorist had such to do that I had to wait to pay.now I don't know why after purchasing shampos, conditioner and comb, they did not apply any of discount even if I am a member
