There's pros and cons here. So I'll start with the good things. The staff that I encountered here were very kind, compassionate and professional. Even as an adult, going to the dentist is terrifying but they went out of their way to try to put me at ease.Cons, though. My goodness, the cons! I made the initial appointment in September because of an abcessed tooth. The earliest opening they had was for 5 months later, in February. I just went in for that appointment and they took x rays, looked at the tooth and agreed that, yes, the tooth is bad and needs to be pulled. Jenni took great care with our emotions today, really helping us be able to participate and engage and manage Processing uncomfortable news. She is stellar in every way! You are blessed to have her on staff, and I don’t know when she is due for a raise, but my vote is last week.

The staff is very kind and courteous, including office personnel, doctors, assistants, and technicians. I have to say that, as a Transgender Woman, I was treated, as anyone else, and not experiencing negativity, intolerance, or even stink-eye, is a huge deal. Only gentleness, kindness, and professionalism, and earnest helpfulness, and caring. I will recommend to my friends, and community members, to have their dental work done at Advantage Dental.
