“Dr. Moore is a healer. She has treated 3 of my Staffordshire Terriers over the years. They all had torn or partially torn their cranial cruciate ligament, and one tore both of hers. The first one who tore hers was urged to have the CCL surgery "right away" by her routine veterinarian and I didn't feel comfortable with that. The surgery is invasive, and I didn't feel she would be a good candidate for surgery. I found Dr. Julia, and I'm glad I did! All 3 dogs have lived normal, happy lives, and after a few treatments, their limping stopped. I'm so grateful to Dr. Julia, and happy to know there are other options besides surgery.“

“6 weeks ago my dog got sick suddenly. She is 10 years old going on 11 and I knew something wasn't right. I brought her to west hills where she had been before once or twice. They got her in through admitting same day and we started a long 6 week journey of trying to find out what was going on and eventually treating her symptoms to make her comfortable. The quality of care we received was more than I anticipated. I grew up having dogs that my parents rarely took to the vet (luckily they didn't have a whole lot of issues) so the process of veterinary care was relatively new. I was bringing my girl Shanook in 1-2 times a week and multiple calls and texts a week connecting with Dr.Fogarty and Dr.Cole. Last night, after 6 weeks of ups and downs, I knew my girl was tired and done. I called Dr.Cole and we made the choice to let her go. I brought her in and the whole process was so peaceful.. heartbreaking but I know she went peacefully and she wasn't in any pain. I'm so happy that her last trip was with Dr.Cole and it was someone who loved her and knew what a special girl she was. I'm glad she was assisted to heaven by people that knew her and loved her. For all things, I highly recommend this hospital for your pets. Everyone is so kind and they do truly come to care, know and love your pet like it's theirs. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything you did for my best girl.“

“The staff here are AMAZING!! It's not often you find a vet that truly wants what's best for your furbaby over the almighty dollar. They spent so much one-on-one time with us and I learned so much it was incredible, and I was a vet tech for years!
