6 weeks ago my dog got sick suddenly. She is 10 years old going on 11 and I knew something wasn't right. I brought her to west hills where she had been before once or twice. They got her in through admitting same day and we started a long 6 week journey of trying to find out what was going on and eventually treating her symptoms to make her comfortable. The quality of care we received was more than I anticipated. I grew up having dogs that my parents rarely took to the vet (luckily they didn't have a whole lot of issues) so the process of veterinary care was relatively new. West Hills Animal Hospital is incredible. We are very picky with Bandit's treatments, and Dr. Eguchi-Coe and the entire West Hills Animal Hospital staff are fantastic. Bandit is rare in that he loves visiting the vet, but he's always excited to get there and even to go in the back. They are attentive, knowledgable, and honest. Whenever we come, they are always on time and get you in and out, but don't rush you if you have questions or concerns to discuss. We wouldn't trust anyone else with Bandit, and have complete peace of mind should he ever need care beyond his normal check up exams and vaccinations.

West Hills is by far one of the best vets I have been too! They are so caring and compassionate for all of there patients. I went in a few weeks ago with my newly adopted kitten who had a fever at the time and they were very good to her. They have even called me to check up on her which meant a lot to me! I highly recommend this vet.
