“Have a rodent problem. Contacted Family Home Pest Control and Jay explained what service to expect and cost, able to send a tech out next day. Jeremy was very pleasant, called to let me know he was on his way, patiently answered all my questions, worked quickly and efficiently to get traps and bait boxes in place. Now waiting to see if rodent problem gets resolved. So far the process has been smooth and experience with this company has been great.“

“I called to get a quote on a Monday morning. Rhonda was extremely helpful. After I received a quote and tons of helpful information I said I would speak with my husband and call back. She explained if we would like to go forward with the service I could simply go online and click the “contact us” tab and fill in the information. They would have a technician call me to schedule. After speaking with my husband we decided to request the service. Within one hour of submitting the request Pete called to schedule. He set us up for Thursday of the same week. He estimated arrival between 1-2pm and arrived at 12:45. We are so pleased with the customer service and all around service!“
