Lance worked steadily, using information on the internet to learn about my specific model (which was different than ones he’d worked on before). He was able to take apart an enclosed portion of the unit, identify the reason for the leak, and stop its progress. Job well done and much appreciated!“

“Very easy to work with and did a good job of cleaning the mess up under the house from water entering under the house and sump pump failure. They had to remove all the old heating duct work, insulation, vapor barrier, and repaired one sump pump. The replaced all the insulation, vapor barrier, and fixed the drainage so it drained to the sump pumps. I would highly recommended them“

“Water damage resulted in ruined floor and mold growth. Bre and Chris were brilliant deconstructing and cleaning. They worked very hard for long hours in very hot conditions. I was disappointed that Servpro was not able to do the reconstruction and upset that the office did not tell me this until very late in the process. This caused a serious delay finding people to do the repairs. Also, they have yet to provide me with the identification of the flooring so that it could be matched to the rest of the house as they had said they would.The work crew would get 5 stars.
