“Had a little blip in the beginning but the optical manager helped me and I was taken care of quickly. My glasses are wonderful and I love them. Eye exam was great and pretty fast. My only comment would be perhaps give your clients/patients a tray to look so if they are going back to dr to look at eyes dilated they do not feel rushed. I could have taken about 30 more minutes to look and feel way more comfortable and not feel rushed but it's all been handled. Or next time I may just pull the person I work with aside and say hey let me take my time and help another person I'll wait and let you know when I'm ready as I have some disabilities (no need to share). I can say my whole family has been seen and gotten glasses from there now. Thanks for making things right and being helpful in solving issues! We will be back.“

“Personally I've had great experience with Eyecare Center of Salem. All staff have treated me professionally and with courtesy. My doctor, especially, is very thorough, attentive, and takes the time to answer all my various questions and concerns. I've never felt rushed like I have at other doctors appointments at other places.

My only complaint is the Christian "worship" music that plays in the lobby could make some feel unwelcome.
