“Had a little blip in the beginning but the optical manager helped me and I was taken care of quickly. My glasses are wonderful and I love them. Eye exam was great and pretty fast. My only comment would be perhaps give your clients/patients a tray to look so if they are going back to dr to look at eyes dilated they do not feel rushed. I could have taken about 30 more minutes to look and feel way more comfortable and not feel rushed but it's all been handled. Or next time I may just pull the person I work with aside and say hey let me take my time and help another person I'll wait and let you know when I'm ready as I have some disabilities (no need to share). I can say my whole family has been seen and gotten glasses from there now. Thanks for making things right and being helpful in solving issues! We will be back.“

“Dr. Taylor is awesome! I got a metal sliver stuck in my eye while grinding. Went to Family Focus Eye Care the next day to have it checked out. After taking some pictures, a quick exam and a short wait for Dr. Tailor, he came in and plucked that thing out and I didn't even feel it. Very impressed with his skills. I was told this was gonna be painful by a co worker that had the same thing done by someone at a different eye doctor. I was so shocked at how quick and easy Dr. Taylor made this procedure. I would definitely recommend this guy and now I have a great place to go for eye care . Oh, and the price was great too!“

She took the time to listen to my needs, picked multiple pairs for me to try on, worked patiently with me while I debated between 2 pair, made adjustments to both of them so I could truly feel how each pair would be and did it all with a smile!
