Wow - I had my first visit to Vibrant Vision today and I was really impressed! The receptionist was friendly and professional, took my information quickly and got me checked in. Then I met Dr. McLaughlin. She gave me a very thorough eye exam and talked me through all the things she was seeing, and what it meant. She talked me through the best options for my situation before handing me to Michael, who was very knowledgeable about lenses and frames and walked me through my options. Great experience, can't wait to go back with my wife to pick out frames.

Vibrant Vision is the epitome of great service. Kendra is an excellent receptionist with awesome customer service. Michael is beyond knowledgeable regarding all things lenses, frames, positioning etc. Dr. Dana is my favorite optometrist! So kind, soft spoken and amazing at her profession. These folks are as transparent as it gets. They are not trying to sell you on the most expensive material, rather assist you in what is best for your overall health. I'd have to say that I am beyond impressed with Dr. Dana. I was referred from my Facebook mom's page. I had a good eye doctor that I liked for a long time but I was upset by something that happened there and then I went to a very inferior place (America's Best) not even. First impression her staff, Kendra is delightful & Professional. Dr. Dana, I would highly recommend beyond anything I've ever seen out there. One on one time not just letting the assistant help me with the test and then turning me back to her.I have some serious complications. And I am so appreciative that my Karma was drawn to her. I hit the jackpot. Seriously.
