Dr Chavez is an absolute gem, i am so thankful for him, he genuinely cares about his patients & it shows! “Wonderfully professional. I’ve not been to a dentist for a long time due to varied reasons. Check up had no fear selling or trying to sell aesthetic services. Technology used was very impressive and effective. We received a clear itemized estimate for what was needed that broke down the insurance benefits and customer cost. They use a typical numbing gel for the deeper cleaning, didn’t feel a thing.More services are needed but I’m sure it will be just as smooth and painless.*update*Had there cavities filled and felt nothing, not even the anesthesia injections. “I have been a patient here for about a year. I missed a few appointments and by their regulations they should have dropped me as a patient. I was well aware of this. I had a filling that fell out and is showing the nerve. I called them and they had me come in the next day. I am in need of a root canal and they gave me antibiotics and pain medicine. They also scheduled me for another appointment for 3 days after I had just been there. I explained to them that I have the worst anxiety towards the dentist and I have since I was little. The staff was fantastic and offered to have nitrous available for me when I come in. I was very grateful they let me come in, scheduled me as fast as they did and also took an understanding to my fears of the dentist.“
