“They helped me with an L5S1 herniated disc. One side of my glutes had knotted solid and the massuese was very helpful using her elbow to massage deep into the spot that was so hard to get to. Dr Dougal's gentle adjustments definitely helped reduce the pain and increase mobility and he was careful and knowledgeable. I'm back to work now (With no surgery or injections) and almost pain free on most days. Money well spent, highly recommended.“

“I am visiting Portland for a friend’s wedding. My flight is at 9pm and had to check out of my hotel at 12pm. I was walking to a coffee shop to wait a few hours before going to the airport, when I saw this place and decided to get a massage instead. Luckily she had availability due to a cancellation and I got the BEST 2-hour full body massage I have ever gotten. The lady was very nice and polite, and had the hands of a Goddess. The massage was very relaxing at times, and deeper in parts where my muscles were tighter. Just the perfect combination. I will be coming back here every time I visit Portland. “I have been here 3-4 times. I have been pleased with the pedicures I have had.They use quality and natural products. I am happy to pay little more to get excellent foot care and massage. If your looking for a massage chair and stuff then this is not the place. This place is peaceful and quiet with calming and pretty decor. They have the Seats all together that are wooden seats with pillows. I find it to be quite comfortable. They take great care of your feet and the massage piece is good! I have tried a couple diffrent proffesinals there. I like some better than others. I have tried many diffrent pedicure places in Portland and this is my one of my favorites.“

I came in with such terrible pain in my shoulder and neck (which had been persistent for months) and I was hoping to be seen without previously scheduling. She was completely booked but it was my good fortune that she had a cancellation and was able to slot me in. Prior to that however, this woman spent about 10 minutes on the phone referring people to try to get me some help. So….fast forward to the actual session….phenomenal! This is an absolute expert diagnostically and has a very confident therapeutic approach to her work. “i’ve been here two times now and had a great experience each time. i’m in shape, active, and don’t have any medical issues. if i did, i would be extra cautious and vocal before getting a massage. the people that work here are receptive to requests, but you need to make an effort to be heard prior to getting a massage. people cannot read your mind and being critical of someone’s work without having the ability to advocate for oneself seems unfair. i would not go willy nilly into a spa if i had health concerns and didn’t know how to speak up for myself.“

The place was clean , the therapist spoke a little English and we decided to try. My therapist was short and very funny. My friends was a larger person. I was in total relax mode after my massage.
