They were able to set next day appointments for us when we called in, even as new patients.Both of our massage therapists were professional and amazing. We wish to express our deep gratitude for the expertise in helping to heal our aches and pains and for getting us in so quickly. We were even late because we got lost, and they were very gracious with us. “Don't pay attention to the reviews about leaving the room to talk or text, those people complaining have zero situational awareness or business acumen. The ladies there coordinate with one another to make sure hot towels, stones, and other things are rapidly retrieved while also managing customers on a walk-in basis.It is very common for therapists to step out, particularly with this speciality. The oil needs to be prepped, the towels as well, and other essentials directly related to the customer's experience. If you want the appearance of completely undivided attention, though, find another place.They're busy bodies, and a community asset, and certainly earned my respect and future business. That said, if you want the convenience of a walk in with no appointment, be aware it comes with some degree of flexibility and first come first served.Oil application was spot on and respectful. Pressure was well done, and sensible for a first time client, pace was refined and skilled.If you've got a migraine, sore muscles from New Years Resolutions, or just exhausted after work give this place a try. It's convenient and affordable, be sure to tip. Also leave a review of your experience. Also, don't be a Karen.“
