“We love this place. Our cats were immediately exploring their new surroundings. And yes, we will absolutely bring our kitties back whenever we're in Portland. Truly the best, and Anya is lovely, accommodating, knowledgeable, and a cat person at heart. We don't live in Portland, so we're a bit sad that we can't use this spot as our regular kitty hotel. We have had our cats in a variety of spots, but none match the Meowhaus experience.“

“Super glad I chose this service, Michelle makes it easy to communicate with her through text or through phone calls. Her home is warm and inviting and you can instantly see her passion and love for parrots! She surprised us with preparing chop to my parrotlet!! Ripley came back to us as we left her. “I’ve been taking my Samoyed here for years, Myra is great and super nice , and I always request only she sees Cosmo. But there is another girl at this location that NEVER smiles and always looks angry, with awful attitude. I’ve been at this location many many times and each time I smile at her and say hi and she just looks at me angrily. This is such an awful look for this business , and I’m actually afraid of her touching Cosmo. Very rude and unnecessary attitude. I’m only giving a 4 star because of Myra, the other girl would get less than 0.“

“Cheryl and her staff have some magic touch which renders my 13yo pibble into putty when she gets pampered there. My dog usually shakes before getting groomed but with Cheryl she's totally fine. She even walks to the back by herself!
