Sits on the floor with our large dog, and putting our small & medium dogs in a hanging vest that really relaxes the dog, and makes the nail trim easy! Today, we took our large sheepdog in for a premium wash. She turned out great! She was bright & clean and brushed out. I almost didn't recognize her! The best experience we have had and reasonably priced too!“

Waylon has so much fur and each time he is groomed, they do an excellent job of thinning out his undercoat which is very important during the summer to help him stay cooler. “Super glad I chose this service, Michelle makes it easy to communicate with her through text or through phone calls. Her home is warm and inviting and you can instantly see her passion and love for parrots! She surprised us with preparing chop to my parrotlet!! Ripley came back to us as we left her. “Cheryl's is the best place we've found for our good ol' boy "Rojo". He's an Australian Shepherd that Cheryl has been grooming for the last few years. She started with him when he was "middle-aged," but now he's almost 18 and requires a lot more care. He can't see or hear, has arthritis, and all of his teeth have been removed, so his tongue lolligags around and can create quite a mess after getting a drink of water. Some of the previous groomers we've been to had Rojo shaking when we walked up. at Cheryl's, he's never flinched. If you want the best care for your furry loved one take them to Cheryl's and relax. The groomers do a great job with her & they are easy to get an appointment with. They also clip my Chihuahua's nails for no charge (I think). I recommend them:))“

“Our 15 y/o cat was terminally ill and had to be put down. I didn’t want his long time Vet/staff who’d developed a relationship with him to have to do it so a friend recommended Oswego Vet. Dr. Naomi and her assistant were so respectful and kind and came to our home to make it less stressful for all of us. The treatment was humane and gentle.A few days later, Dr. Naomi sent a handwritten sympathy card with his (ink) paw prints. And then they sent separate card to say that a tree had been donated in his honor to the Arbor Day foundation. I’m so moved and grateful and can’t say enough good things about this practice. They made a horrible decision more bearable. I’m so pleased that there’s a little tree out there with GIR’s name on it??“
