I got my booty handed to me during the first class! My body felt like I used all the stabilization muscles I hadn’t touched in years. All the instructors are great! There are always modifications to moves. It’s a very nonjudgmental, welcoming environment. Five stars all the way!“
“At 68 years old, today I had my first ever Yoga session. My goal is to simply increase mobility and reduce pain after a 10 month bout with long Covid and the accompanying muscle atrophy. Emily was my instructor and did a wonderful job of explaining each activity and why it’s done. She tailored the exercises just for me and my specific needs. I’m just starting on this long recovery journey back to normal activity and I couldn’t be happier to have her help. “This is my new favorite place. A friend invited me to attend a Full Moon Sound Healing in January 2024. This was my first experience. Chelsea Raye led us on a soundscape journey that was incredible. The use of crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, etc is something so magical. She is wonderful. I walked away feeling like a new person. I loved it so much, I signed up for February. That one was called, Loving Inner Sanctuary. Our sound guide was Olivia Harper. It was another great experience. We got to enjoy the crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, etc. Olivia played the harp and also sang. It was beautiful. I loved it so much, I signed up for March. The space in which these events are held is a large room that always has a nice welcoming feeling to it. I look forward to trying a yoga class and getting a massage. I hope to see you there!“

“This is an affordable, humble yoga studio in Vancouver WA. The only disappointing thing is there are only 2 yin classes a week (Ashley is an awesome teacher!) It would be 5 stars if there was more Yin yoga. Please add more yin classes!“
