Been coming to this yoga studio for years, I haven’t found another in Portland/Vancouver that compares. All the teachers are really skilled and the simple, airy design of the studio makes it easy to focus on your practice. Take a class with Damon if you can! ☺️

Wonderful studio! So glad I tried it after moving from OR to WA. There’s a beautiful sense of community with amazing dedication to the practice. Teachers are thoughtful and they make it very accessible. Unlimited membership is affordable in comparison to a lot of other studios. Highly recommend :)

Parallel 45 offers classes for all levels. Come as you are and they will meet you where you're at. All props are provided. Become a part of the boisterous community or slip in and out quietly. Again, you set the level of comfort. This is an awesome studio with fantastic teachers. 10/10
