“Stevens Pressure Washing (Josh Stevens) was recommended to us by the company that install both of our roofs over the last 35 years. Josh provided a competitive bid after visiting our home which included some minor repair and additional cleaning. They were on time and their site manager was very conscious to make sure all our plants on our deck were protected. They cleaned up all trash frrom the gutter and roof cleaning then washed all the windows, gutter faces and house walls to leave clean. We fully recommend Josh and his team at any time.“

“I highly recommend them for general maintenance repairs of your property. We initially asked them to apply moss treatment to our roof. while doing that they noticed siding problems around our chimney. This ultimately turned out to be much more serious than just repairing the siding. Much of the under the siding plywood had become rotted due to water leakage. if we hadn't caught it then it would have been a much more serious problem down the road - and much more costly as well. They didn't want me to just take their word for what they found - every step of the way they took photos and carefully explained what they (Mark) saw and their recommendations to fix it. I highly recommend recommend this company for your housing maintenance needs.“

“The price was higher than some of the other gutter quotes we received so we were a little hesitant at first, but once they started the work it was clear why that was. The team was incredibly professional, fast and paid attention to details. They were done in two days, and the gutters look amazing. One example of their attention to details was that they used a magnetic sweeping tool to find any screws or metal scraps/shavings that they had dropped during installation. That mattered to me because we have two small children and dogs that could have stepped on them. Dmitriy, the salesman we dealt with, is one of the brothers whose family owns the company and he was a very good salesman…flexible, focused on our needs and a pleasure to work with. “We just used Ever for a roof repair on our home in Burien. He was AWESOME! I could not recommend him more. He was very responsive - calling me back right away, showing up on time, getting us on his schedule quickly. He also worked with the electric company to turn our power off so he could do the work - the electric company said it would take 6 weeks to get us on the schedule but Ever got it to happen in 2 weeks. The problem ended up being bigger than we had originally thought but he gave us a range of cost to make sure the problem was completely taken care of and then ended up coming in at the low end of his range while going above and beyond to make sure our roof was completely fixed.We will definitely be calling Ever and EZ Home Advisor for any needs we have.“
