Lorena and her team do a spectacular job, and that’s saying a lot for me. They clean the way I would if I had the time. I also love the fact that the same team comes every time so they know my preferences. They always ask me to look things over before they leave. New Dawn cleaning did an AMAZING job cleaning a home that we recently purchased; the previous owners had left it trashed, it smelled like dogs, and dog urine. Israel and his team were thorough, they managed to get rid of the smells, dirt, grime, and dust; they cleaned areas that I hadn't even thought about it! They were punctual, took pride in their work, walked us through everything that they had done before we signed off, and overall were incredible to work with. Lorena has cleaned our house several times and always does an excellent job. My wife is thrilled with the results after each cleaning. All the rooms are vacuumed, the floors are clean, the bathrooms are spotless, the appliances are polished and shining, and everything she had to move has been replaced in a more organized manner than she found it. Her work ethic is evident and she makes the most of her time. Israel and Lorena are also people of integrity and we feel absolutely confident to let them work without our supervision and have no problem leaving our home while they work. We highly recommend them!
