“We hired Legacy Plumbing to replace our existing main water line. 49ft straight from the road under our lawn and porch. I took pictures and sent them to legacy for an estimate. We had a few back and forth communication to figure out details such as reconnecting irrigation at the main connection point, scheduling. The price was good, so we went for it after comparing with 3 other providers. On the scheduled day, they did the work seamlessly. Not even 2 hours water shut off. Came early and left about 5 hours later. They cleaned everything after themselves. It is as if nothing happened. Now we are waiting for the inspector who is scheduled to come today.“

“Had a great experience with Doug and Lainie today! I never thought I'd be saying that about a plumber but they are that good.Had some issues with low hot water flow in my shower after my water heater had gotten replaced by seller's contractor, right before I bought my home.I was told by that contractor that I'd need to replace the pipes to fix the issue after replacing the cartridge didn't helpI then had worked through my home warranty company to get a plumber to check it out and he said I'd need to replace the valve for $1650. This was after charging $375 as their minimum service fee, to blow air in the valve to try to unclog it, which didn't work. He also said I'll most likely need to replace some pipes.Luckily I had come across everyone's great reviews for 1st Call! I contacted them and they were so responsive, and kept me updated with scheduling.Then when they came out to give me an estimate for the valve or pipe replacement as recommended by the previous plumbers, Doug was just such an experienced plumber, he decided to try a couple other things first. He was able to clear the debris that was stuck in the valve, no need for replacing anything!! And this was him without even all his tools or work truck, as they were just doing estimates that day! He is like a Macgyver of plumbing and I was so impressed with how he was able to solve this so well when two other plumbers went straight to " you'll have to replace your pipes".Lainie was so kind, and a great presence. I loved that they were going out together on the estimates, just gave me a warm hearted family vibe that is hard to beat.All n all they only charged me their regular service call fee, so instead of costing me thousands!! Their wonderful service was only $220. They have a loyal customer from here on out. thanks so much you two!!“

“I had a broken copper pipe that the plumber replaced in the freezing cold His van got stuck and he had to put on chains to get out of my long driveway. I’m a senior and it’s too cold to dig and chunk out the ice. So glad for his help. He’s patient and polite and answered all my questions. He came out Thursday to help restore my water system 1-18-24. He’s a gem. Sorry I don’t remember his name but will call find out and thank him.“

“They were easy to work with, good with communicating, handled all of the permitting, were kind to my children and me. I had them fix a bathtub drain leak, they replaced my kitchen sink and kitchen faucet, re-piped my interior water pipes from galvanized to pex, re-piped our exterior water line and re-piped our drain lines. “I called 2 different companies before I called Ron Thompson Plumbing LLC. and 1 more after. The first company I called a company out of Vancouver, S...N Plumbing, before the plumber looked at the leaks, and I had 2 of them. First thing he told me I needed a new water heater. In stead of fixing the leaks, the plumber told me I needed to replace all the piping system total was approximately $9000. He wanted to get started right away and stated that there was no need to get another estimate.The second company out of Aurora, R..h wanted $2000 for the first leak and had to get back to me on the second leak. They too wanted to dig and told me they would have to shut off the water supply at the pump house and were not sure how much that would be. In fact they were not sure they wanted the job because of the possible liability once they turned the water back on. The 3rd Company was Ron Thompson Plumbing, David came out in a grey camouflaged van, looking like the Calvary had arrived. He fixed the first leak on the service call. He and partner came to evaluate the second leak a day later, went out got supplies and fixed. The third company came out after Ron Thompson had fixed the first leak. They give me a estimated slightly higher then Ron's for the second leak, 24 hours after the repairs had been made. I had a similar drama with my septic system as well, several companies wanted to overcharge me on that repairs also.
