The men that came to do the job were very, polite, friendly and professional. I had a lot of random plumbing questions for them and they were able to answer them and make me feel more secure in using the plumbing that we have. They did the job quickly and efficiently and left no trace that they had even been here. I called Terry Massey Plumbing to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing. What was supposed to be a simple clog removal became a much bigger job. Terry and his team went above and beyond and did everything they could to find a solution. I can tell they take pride in what they do and are dedicated to high quality work and outstanding customer service. When things get messy, I'll definitely be calling Massey again! ?
