“I’ve been using these guys for over 10 years. I’ve only had one complaint in that time and it was an employee they hired for the delta store. This kid was incompetent with no communication skills whatsoever. He mumbled when he spoke, he moved from place to place cartoon slow, he never once asked for my name when dropping off clothes. Terrible employee. I was almost ready to find a new service when he seemed to disappear and they hired a new employee who is the polar opposite of the Ridgemont High kid. She is spot on and polite and clearly enjoys working. I highly suggest you pay this woman in an attempt to keep her. She is an asset to the company. I’ve had employees for over 20 years and I would venture to say she’s an asset to ANY company. Her name was Candle something? Candlena maybe. She’s a keeper worth 3 of that kid that looked like he was looking for Scooby doo.“

“Very clean business with multiple sizes machines to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly. Only complaint, I used washers closer to door and should have paid attention that the smaller machine were on next row, as a result I spent a little more than I planed but that was my own fault and does not reflex on the business in any way.
