My first time getting clothing altered/hemmed. Very good experience, easy process to drop off items and explain what I needed done. Finished promptly and with excellent work. Highly recommended.
I went to see Claudia today about lengthening a dress for me. She gave me good advice, a good estimate, and she squeezed me into her tight schedule because I need it soon. But as it turned out, she removed the shoulder pads for me and it lengthened just enough. Claudia could have still sold me the work, but showed me that it was best the way it was. She was very helpful to me, as well as friendly.
Pretty much repeating what everyone else here has said. Claudia is superb. I love the flexibility (drop in when she's open), how affordable her prices are, and of course the quality of her work. She's also just a really nice person and has a sweet demeanor. Will definitely be back.
