My family has been coming to Rainbow Optics since 2017 and we have always received amazing service. Bob at the West 18th location is awesome with our kiddos. Dr. Goo goes above and beyond every visit and we will never go to another eye doctor.
The people and care was great, selection of glasses for those on OHP for children is demeaning. Needing OHP isn't a choice it's the last option. So setting up a box with very little choice separate from everything else does not make anyone feel good let alone trying to get them excited so they will wear the device they need.... My child is a teenager who made the only choice she had, it's not her fault. My opinion is it's all superficial service in helping only who has the money and low income will be reminded that they are.
My experience here was topnotch.I wish I could recall everyone's name, from Check in, eye exam and selection of new frames, the process is streamlined by professionals.A few names, Macy, Rose and Steven were all great at thier jobs.My doctor and assistant were very complete in thier exam and dx .This was my 3rd year coming back here.They are above average.
